Shipping policy
Shipping, from my hands to yours.
For now, we ship within Europe only, but this is just the beginning and more destinations will be added in the near future. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on where you’re located.
If you live in the Netherlands, your order usually arrives within three business days (thank you, PostNL 💌).
Shipping timeline
Once your order is placed, I take a moment to prepare it with care.
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Shipping time: 1–7 business days
As soon as your package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link by email, so you can follow its journey to your door.
Delays & tracking updates
Tracking updates can sometimes take a few days to appear, especially for international orders. Once your package has been scanned in your country, it’s in the hands of your local delivery service and should arrive shortly.
If there’s no tracking update for 4 business days after shipping, feel free to reach out and I’ll happily look into it for you.
Marked as delivered, but not received
Before reaching out, please check with neighbors, housemates, or your building’s reception; packages sometimes arrive nearby.
If you still can’t find it, send me a message and I’ll help you sort it out.
Order changes
If you need to change something, email me as soon as possible at agapeboheme@gmail.com.
Once your order has shipped, changes are no longer possible, but if you’re quick, I can usually fix it.
Lost packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 7 business days, please contact me at agapeboheme@gmail.com. I’ll help locate your package or arrange a replacement.
