This privacy policy explains how I (and Shopify, the platform my shop runs on) collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit the website or place an order.

This page explains what information I collect, why I need it, how it’s used, who I share it with, and what your rights are. I know privacy pages can feel boring or confusing, so I tried to keep this one as simple as possible while still being legally correct.

Agape Boheme (that’s me, Gina!) runs this website and shop.
My store is powered by Shopify, which helps me process orders and run everything safely and smoothly.

When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “our,” it means Agape Boheme + the Shopify systems that support the shop.


2. The personal information we collect

“Personal information” basically means anything that identifies you or can be linked back to you.
Depending on how you use the website, I may collect:

  • Payment details (handled securely by Shopify — I never see your full card info)

Information from partners

Shopify and other service providers also collect some info automatically so the shop works properly (payments, analytics, delivery, etc.).

I only use your information for practical reasons, nothing weird, nothing sneaky.
Here’s why it’s needed:

I only share your info with trusted partners who help me run Agape Boheme smoothly. Examples:

  • Shipping and fulfillment partners

These partners only use your information to do their jobs; not for anything else.

Shopify stores and processes a lot of the data that comes through the shop (orders, payments, browsing behavior).

Once you leave my website, their own privacy policies apply, so always double-check those if needed.

My website and products are not intended for children under the legal age of your country.
I never knowingly collect data from minors. If you think a child has provided information, please contact me so I can delete it immediately.


8. How long I keep your information

I only keep your info for as long as needed, for example:

  • To complete your order

  • For legal and tax reasons

  • To maintain your account

  • To resolve disputes

Once it’s no longer needed, I safely delete it.


9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights such as:

  • Access – asking what information I have about you

  • Correction – fixing incorrect info

  • Deletion – asking me to delete your data

  • Portability – requesting a copy of your data

  • Opt out – of marketing or certain types of data sharing
