Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping

I ship all over Europe and plan to offer worldwide shipping in the near future.
Do you live outside Europe and have your eye on something? For orders over €50, I'll be happy to ship internationally. Just fill in the contact form and we’ll get in touch.

I process orders within 2–3 business days and delivery usually takes 1–7 business days.

Most orders arrive within a week, depending on where you live.
In the Netherlands, it’s usually even faster: around 3–4 business days including processing. Thank you, PostNL! 🙌

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Tracking updates can sometimes take a few days to appear, especially for international orders. If your package has already been scanned in your country, it’s with your local delivery service and should arrive soon.
If there’s no update for 4 business days after shipping, feel free to reach out so I can check it for you!

Check with your neighbors or housemates first.
If you still can’t find it, send me a message and I’ll help you sort it out.

If you need to change something, email me as soon as possible at agapeboheme@gmail.com.
Once your order is shipped, I can’t make changes anymore, but if you’re quick, I can usually fix it!

If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 7 business days, contact me at agapeboheme@gmail.com. I’ll help locate the package or arrange a replacement.

Returns & Refunds

Email agapeboheme@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Returns are accepted within 15 days after receiving your order.

A few important notes:

  • Return shipping costs are not covered.
  • Tracked return shipping is strongly recommended.
  • Only the item cost is refunded (not shipping fees or customs).
  • Please include your order number inside the package.

Once your return arrives, I’ll contact you to confirm and process your refund or store credit.

As soon as I receive your return, I’ll process the refund.
The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

About The jewellery

Every piece you see here is inspired by nature. I love earthy colors, natural textures, and the little imperfections that make jewelry unique. I carefully select stones that work well together. The photos you see are examples, as every piece varies slightly due to the natural character of the stones. No two stones look the same, just like no leaves or shells are ever the same. And I think that's their charm!

Some of the elements I use come from other small artists, so every piece carries a mix of different creative hands behind it, all with the same love for natural materials.

Take care of them just a little and they’ll stay beautiful for many years to come:

• Store pieces separately to avoid scratches
• Put on perfume or lotion first
• Brass can darken over time; just brush it with an old toothbrush and some toothpaste and it'll be like new again
• You can shower with them, but I don't recommend doing that every day

You don't have to be too careful; if you jump in the water every now and then, they’ll be fine ;) They’re made to be worn and lived in, after all!

Many gemstones carry their own meanings and energies like calming, grounding or protective.
